Введение. Задача оптимизации состояний электроэнергетических систем относится к числу сложных задач нелинейного математического программирования. Несмотря на то, что за последние пять лет разработано множество методов и алгоритмов решения этой задачи, вопрос их совершенствования с учетом современных условий эксплуатации электроэнергетических систем остается актуальной задачей. В данной работе предлагается новый алгоритм оптимизации кратковременных режимов электроэнергетических систем в условиях неопределенности исходных данных. Abstract. Introduction. The task of optimizing the states of electric power systems is one of the complex tasks of nonlinear mathematical programming. Despite the fact that many methods and algorithms for solving this problem have been developed over the past five years, the issue of their improvement, taking into account modern operating conditions of electric power systems, remains an urgent task. In this paper, we propose a new algorithm for optimizing short-term modes of electric power systems in conditions of uncertainty of the initial data. Annotatsiya. Kirish. This study explores the application of ML models, including Linear Regression, Random Forest Regression, and Artificial Neural Networks, to predict energy consumption and optimize scheduling for minimizing peak loads. Historical energy usage data were analyzed to train and validate the models, with performance evaluated using metrics such as Mean Absolute Error (MAE) and Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). The findings reveal that ANN outperformed other models, achieving an MAE of 5.3 and RMSE of 6.8, closely aligning with actual energy usage patterns. Furthermore, optimization techniques resulted in significant energy savings, reducing consumption from 1200 kWh to 950 kWh. The research results indicate that digitalization can reduce energy consumption by up to 15%, bringing SEPC values closer to global standards and contributing to sustainability. In calculating CO₂ emissions during the steel melting process, digital technologies help reduce emissions generated from natural gas and electricity usage. This study demonstrates that Digitalization is crucial for Uzbekistan’s steel smelting industry, enabling alignment with international energy efficiency standards and enhancing environmental sustainability.
