    Abstract
    :Mazkur maqolada non mahsulotlarining mog‘orlanishiga sabab bo‘ladigan zamburug‘lar – Aspergillus niger, Penicillium chrysogenum va Rhizopus stolonifer – ning biologik xususiyatlari o‘rganildi. Ularning o‘simlik patogenlariga xos fermentlar ishlab chiqarish qobiliyati baholanib, o‘simliklarga qarshi himoya nazariyasi bilan umumiyliklari tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotda shuningdek, laktik kislota bakteriyalarining antifungal xususiyatlari ham baholandi. Natijalar non mahsulotlarini mog‘orlanishga qarshi biologik himoya qilishda o‘simlik mikrobiologiyasiga asoslangan yondashuvlar istiqbolli ekanini ko‘rsatdi
