    Abstract
    Ushbu maqolada o‘simliklardan ajratilgan tabiiy antiseptiklarning oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini konservatsiya qilishdagi roli yoritilgan. Antiseptiklarning mikrobiologik ta’siri, ularning patogen mikroorganizmlarga qarshi samaradorligi va amaliy qo‘llanilishi tahlil qilingan. Olingan natijalar ularni oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini ta’minlash va o‘simliklarni himoya qilishda istiqbolli vosita sifatida foydalanish imkonini ko‘rsatadi
