    Abstract
    Ushbu maqolada oziq-ovqat sanoati va agrosanoatda keng qo‘llanilayotgan mikroorganizmlarning ekologik xavfsizligi baholandi. Tadqiqotda mikroorganizmlarning GRAS maqomi, antimikrobik rezistentlik, genetik barqarorlik va atrof-muhitdagi omon qolish qobiliyati asosiy mezonlar sifatida ko‘rib chiqildi. Shuningdek, ularning agrosanoatdagi amaliy qo‘llanilishi va barqaror ishlab chiqarishdagi ahamiyati yoritildi
