    Abstract
Information is provided on the work carried out in the Republic of Uzbekistan for the development and transformation of energy infrastructure. A diagram of the proposed Talimarjan hydropower complex is proposed, consisting of a cascade of pumping stations, a reservoir, thermal electric, photovoltaic and hydroelectric stations, which is a decentralized hybrid energy system connected to a centralized energy system. A method for determining the operating mode of the parameters of a hybrid power system on a daily load schedule is presented. The results of calculations to determine the efficiency of the proposed energy system, obtained due to the difference in the cost of electricity compared to a centralized energy system and the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions, are presented.
