As a result of experimental studies, the dependences of the width of the contact area and specific pressure on the intensity of the load, velocity, and diameter of the rollers were determined. It was revealed that the parameter of the technological specific pressure on the hide in the contact zone increases with an increase in the intensity of the load, the speed of rolls, the width of the contact area, and a decrease in the radius of rolls. An analytical dependence of the residual moisture content of leather on the specific pressure was determined. It was established that with an increase in specific pressure, the residual moisture content of leather decreases and asymptotically approaches a certain value of the function. Regression models of the residual moisture content of leather and the intensity of the pressing process are developed. which depend on the intensity of the load. the radius and the speed of the rollers. A number of patterns were established that allow increasing the efficiency of leather pressing by rollers. An extremum problem was solved to determine the diameter of the rollers that provide the minimum deflection of their working part. the content of residual moisture required during the pressing process and the minimum power required to conduct the pressing process.Item type: Item , Parameters of contact lines of rolls(Journal of Physics: Conference Series, 2022-12-01) Annaev, Nuriddin; Turgunov, Komiljon; Khurramov, ShuhratThe article defines the parameters of the contact lines of the rolls. Calculation formulas are found for determining such parameters as the ratio of strain rates in roll pairs when the deformation of the semi-finished leather product and the coating of are given by rheological models. It was revealed that the forms of contact lines in roll pairs do not depend on the methods of specifying the deformation of the leather material and the coating of the rolls.Item type: Item , Study on hydraulic pressures in the roll squeezing process(E3S Web of Conferences 434, 02013 (2023), 2023-10-12) Annaev, Nuriddin; Rasulev, AkmalThe results of the study of hydraulic phenomenon in the of roller squeezing process. Mathematical models of regularities of changes in filtration rates are found. Based on the analysis of the graphs obtained, the hydraulic pressure distributions are approximated by empirical formulas. Formulas are derived to determine the maximum value of hydraulic pressure and the angle at which this maximum is reached. A formula for calculating the part of the external pressure acting on the liquid is defined.Item type: Item , Contact Angles with a Free Upper Roll of Roll Machines(AIP Conf. These formulas determine the contact angles for all cases of material interaction with rolls of technological machines. It has been established that the maximum thickness of the material layer that can be captured by the rolls of a two-roll module is almost four times less with a free upper roll than with a drive roll.Item type: Item , Study on contact lines of rolls of two-roll modules(E3S Web of Conferences 434, 02012 (2023), 2023-10-12) Annaev, Nuriddin; Rasulev, AkmalThe results of solving the main problems of contact interaction in squeezing machines are presented, when the deformation of the contacting bodies is given by the Kelvin Voigt models. Analytical expressions are found that describe the shape of the contact line of the rolls, as well as the patterns of distribution of normal and tangential forces. It has been established that one of the main factors determining the roll contact lines is the ratio of the strain rates of the material being processed and the roll coating. It is revealed that the point where the shear stresses change their signs is located in the sticking area.Item type: Item , Pressure calculation in a roller pair(E3S Web of Conferences 548, 06016 (2024), 2024-07-12) Annaev, Nuriddin; Nazarov, Odil; Tashpulatov, SarvarAs a result of studies on force interaction in a roller pair, a calculation formula was obtained for the specific pressure in a roller pair, for the case when the material being processed is elastically viscous and the rollers are drive. Analysis of the calculation formula showed that the specific pressure in the roller pair depends on the geometric parameters of the material being processed and the roller coating, the viscosity coefficient of the material being processed, and the strain rates of contacting bodies. A formula was obtained to determine the value of the strain coefficient of the processed material under recovery, providing conditions for conjugating strains in the compression and recovery zones.Item type: Item , Residual moisture content in leather(AIP Conference Proceedings 2969, 060034, 2024-01-12) Annaev, Nuriddin; Turgunov, Komiljon; Buriev, EThe article deals with the issues of roller pressing of the skin. The analytical expression of residual moisture is determined depending on the parameters of the squeezing machine. It was found that at the beginning of the pressing process, moisture is removed faster, after which the rate of its growth decreases significantly, and at the end of the process they stabilize.
