    MONITORING OF WATER CONSUMPTION IN VERTICAL VALVES

    The efficient and sustainable management of water resources is crucial for ensuring the well-being of communities and the environment. Vertical valves are commonly used in water supply systems to regulate the flow of water. Monitoring the water consumption of vertical valves can provide valuable insights into the efficiency of water distribution systems, identify leaks and reduce water losses. In this paper, we propose a method for monitoring the water consumption of vertical valves using a combination of flow meters and data loggers. We present the results of a case study where the proposed method was implemented in a water distribution system and highlight the benefits of this approach.

    Matlab is a widely used software platform in many fields, including education and research. Its powerful capabilities in technical computing, visualization, and simulation make it an ideal tool for teaching automation of technological processes. This article discusses the applications of Matlab programs in this field and its benefits in teaching and learning. The article focuses on the use of Matlab in the automation of technological processes such as control systems, signal processing, and system identification. Additionally, the article highlights the use of Matlab in laboratory classes and the development of interactive educational tools. The results show that the use of Matlab in teaching the field of automation of technological processes can enhance students' understanding, deepen their practical knowledge, and provide a more engaging learning experience.

    The hydraulic facilities play a crucial role in the production and distribution of energy, water supply and sewage treatment. In the current scenario, the traditional methods of control and management of hydraulic facilities are facing certain challenges such as operational inefficiency, high maintenance costs and lack of real- time monitoring. Digital technologies offer new and innovative solutions to these problems. This paper presents a comprehensive overview of the possibilities of using digital technologies in control and management of hydraulic facilities. The study focuses on different digital technologies such as IoT, Big Data, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The article highlights the benefits and challenges of each technology and provides recommendations for their practical implementation. The findings of this study will be valuable for engineers, technicians and managers who are responsible for the operation and maintenance of hydraulic facilities.

    The drying process in the drying drum for mineral fertilizers is characterized by rather complex partial differential equations as an object of automation. To simplify the model of the drying drum along the channel "hot air flow - moisture content in the material at the outlet", it can be taken as a second-order nodal connection with a net delay. It should be noted that the drying process is characterized by much greater inertia.

    It is known that the importance of the modeling method in the research of technological systems is increasing. One of the main reasons for this can be attributed to the possibility of simplifying a complex system, as well as the priority aspects of logical consistency and mathematical laws. At the same time, the development of information technology, computing and artificial intelligence has strengthened the practice of using modeling methods. In other words, the modeling apparatus has a good integration feature with these concepts. In this article, the importance and relevance of the development of optimal control models based on a neural network is presented as the main scientific idea on the example of a closed-loop control system. When the control system is formed as an intelligent system, or when the system description is based on the concepts of an intelligent system, the main parameters of modeling are differentiated. It is theoretically and practically based that the results of modeling gain significance depending on these parameters. The effectiveness of the use of neural network models in the optimal control of the activity of the intelligent system is explained against the background of the possibility of minimizing the control error. It has been scientifically proven that modeling closed systems using neural networks has several advantages. Quantitative parameters that need to be paid attention to in the formation of an intelligent system are researched. Conclusions and proposals are presented on the effectiveness of using neural networks in modeling complex technological systems.

    DESIGNING TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS AUTOMATION SYSTEMS BASED ON SCADA

    This article focuses on the design of Technological Process Automation Systems (TPAS) based on Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. The use of SCADA systems in TPAS allows for the efficient monitoring and control of various processes. The article discusses the steps involved in designing TPAS using SCADA, including the selection of hardware and software components, configuration of communication protocols, and integration with other automation systems. Additionally, the article provides a case study of a temperature control system to demonstrate the application of SCADA in TPAS. The results show that TPAS based on SCADA systems can effectively improve the efficiency and reliability of industrial processes.     Development of a Program and Project for Automatic Control of Soil Moisture Using the Fc-28-C Sensor

    This article presents the development of a program and project for automatic control of soil moisture using the FC-28-C sensor. An Arduino microcontroller is used to interface with the sensor and control a water pump and solenoid valve. A moisture set point is defined in the code and the current moisture level is continuously measured by the sensor. If the moisture falls below the set point, the water pump and solenoid valve are activated to irrigate the soil until the moisture level rises above the set point again. The system allows precise and automated control of soil moisture for applications such as gardening, agriculture, and landscaping. The article provides details on the sensor interface, control logic, and irrigation components. Results demonstrate the ability of the system to maintain soil moisture within +/- 3% of the defined set point. Further development could incorporate more advanced control algorithms, expanded sensor networks, and integration with weather data to create intelligent irrigation systems tailored to specific plants and environmental conditions.

    Selection of Adjusters for Temperature Adjustment in Industrial Ovens

    Abstract This article emphasizes the significance of precise temperature control in industrial ovens for optimal product quality and process efficiency in manufacturing. It reviews key considerations for selecting temperature adjusters, covering adjustment methods like on/off, proportional, integral, derivative, and PID control. The discussion includes criteria for choosing between pneumatic, electronic, and digital adjusters, as well as insights into installation factors, tuning procedures, and common issues. The article underscores the importance of understanding oven thermal characteristics and control objectives, enabling engineers to effectively evaluate and deploy temperature adjusters for robust oven control.

    It is proposed to include virtual instrumental quality analyzers of potash fertilizers in the composition of the advanced (advanced) management system. The structure of the virtual analyzer is substantiated using mathematical models of the technological process of drying potassium chloride in its composition. Based on the results of fuzzy clustering, the parameters of the modes of the technological process of drying potassium chloride are determined.

    Algorithms for improving the process of modeling complex systems based on big data: on the example of regional agricultural production

    Abstract. The article analyzes the sources of the development of specific mechanisms, assessing the future problems of regional agro-industry development. Agro-industry as a production facility forms a complex system. In this case, as the main elements, it is suggested that the criterion of non-loss of characteristics as a result of processing information about these elements is primary. It is justified that the information system of the Big Data type, the models that describe the laws, the mechanism that enables the improvement of the models, and the algorithms that activate the mechanism are of particular importance as these sources. Researchers estimate that the mechanism that allows for the improvement of system research models is artificial intelligence, and the main problem here is the obstacles in the development of algorithms that determine the trajectory of its activity. These obstacles are explained by the complexity of the system, the lack of sufficient information to assess the importance levels of its elements, low accuracy, and the fact that the level of importance is presented differently in different sources. Taking into account that agro- industry is a complex enough system, the need to research the laws of this network requires a big data type information system, and algorithms for using artificial intelligence-based mechanisms are proposed.

    Transport capacity of flow in earthline channels

    The theory of river flow transport is the major cause of the development of the irrigation sector and largely determines the stability of the irrigation scheme. Crop water requirements vary due to climate and crop growth stages. For this reason, the flow of sediments changes during the irrigation season. In this article, to evaluate the canals' carrying capacity, research in natural field conditions was carried out in the Amu- zang canal belonging to the "Amu-Surkhan Irrigation Systems" basin administration. Flow transportability in natural channels was calculated for particles with d=0.05 mm by S.Kh.Abalyans, A.Zamarin, A.M.Arifzhanov, and Engelund and Hansen methods. A histogram of the dependence of flow capacity, channel depth, and average speed on the Amuzang channel was obtained, according to which it was determined that the flow capacity is 1.5-1.8 kg/m3 in the range of 0.6-0.8 m/s.

    Controllers Synthesis Algorithms in the Construction of Discrete Control Systems for Technological Objects

    Algorithms for the synthesis of controllers in the construction of dis- crete control systems for technological objects are given. Algorithms for construct- ing state-based stabilizing vector controllers for discrete dynamic objects based on AQ1 linear matrix inequalities have been developed. The algorithms make it possible to ensure that the requirements for the quality of regulation are met, with the steady values of the controlled parameters exactly falling within the specified tolerances and under the action of limited external disturbances on the system. Algorithms for the synthesis of discrete controllers in nonlinear control systems are proposed, AQ2 taking into account the delay. The algorithms ensure the asymptotic stability of a closed discrete-continuous system and make it possible to predict the state of the system at each discretization step. Algorithms for estimating the parameters of controller settings based on active adaptation have been developed. Based on the algorithms for the synthesis of the developed controllers, a system for adap- tive control of the parameters of the technological process of drying potassium chloride is proposed.

    Nonlinear control object identification problems: methods and approaches

    Abstract. In the study of nonlinear systems, the development of control descriptions in accordance with the model of the process depends on the tasks of solving the problems of identification of control objects. Control object modeling is limited to using the same methods for both linear and nonlinear types. Non-linear control is complicated due to the scope of application of object identification methods and the nature of their use algorithms. In the article, modern methodological approaches to the research of the identification system of nonlinear control objects are considered. The importance of building an interpolator based on the principle of obtaining its original description and transition to an image based on the acquired digital information about the object in the discretely determined system is explained. In the process of research, the authors pay attention to the possibility of creating a mathematical description in several variants of this method and distinguishing the optimal one. In this comparison, the linearized model of technological objects is based on maintaining the dominance feature.

    A scientific article on the topic “Circuit design and microprocessor systems” is devoted to the issues of “Methods for converting digital signals into analog (continuous) signals and their essence”, advanced interactive methods and the use of innovative educational technologies in teaching. Based on the potential and capabilities of students, a teaching methodology for this course has been developed. An attempt has been made to highlight examples of pedagogical technologies that can be used during lectures, laboratory classes and practical exercises. The results achieved with the help of the methods used ensure deepening of students' knowledge, expanding their thinking abilities, the ability to work in a team, the ability to process and analyze the information received, the complete and lasting assimilation of the information provided, and the critical habituation of students to thinking. , learns to work with technology, gets acquainted with devices and elements, learns to independently design based on the task at hand, learns to build static and dynamic characteristics of the device.
