    Проведение физико-химического исследования процесса конверсии в оптимальных условиях, фильтрация полученной суспензии, кристаллизация нитрата калия с высоким выходом хлорида калия в продукт и изучение их реологических свойств. На основании полученных экспериментальных результатов были изучены такие свойства, как плотность и вязкость, путем добавления нитрата аммония и хлорида аммония к первому и второму насыщенным растворам при 66 Физико-механика и трибология композиционных материалов разных температурах 60, 70 и 80 оС. Проведены физико-химические исследования процессов обменного разложения между хлористым калием и азотнокислым аммонием, разложения суспензии кристаллизации азотнокислого калия.

    Obtaining the influence of technological parameters on the quality of potassium nitrate

    The task of developing a method for the production of potassium nitrate is to conduct a physical and chemical study of technological indicators of the exchange reaction stage, phase separation and obtaining crystals with a high yield of potassium in the product. The purpose is to determine the optimal technological parameters for the production of potassium nitrate by exchange between potassium chloride and ammonium nitrate. The resulting nitrate rotates the stirrer and lowers the temperature to 50-100 rpm and accordingly. Potassium and filter liquid were analyzed using well-known methods of physicochemical analysis. For the first time, the dependence of the yield of potassium oxide and the quality of potassium nitrate obtained by exchange decomposition between potassium chloride and ammonium nitrate was studied. Physico-chemical studies of the processes of exchange decomposition between potassium chloride and ammonium nitrate, decomposition of the crystallization suspension of potassium nitrate were carried out. It has been shown that in the temperature range of 5-20 °C the time of exchange decomposition between potassium chloride and ammonium nitrate remains practically unchanged. The optimal technological conditions for the production of large prismatic crystals of potassium nitrate have been determined, ensuring a high yield of product with a minimum chlorine content.

    PERLITE-REINFORCED COMPOSITES BASED ON POLYETHYLENE WASTE

    In this study, the chemical structure and functional groups of composite materials based on polyethylene waste were studied. According to the results of FTIR analysis, it was found that the intensity of the peak at a certain wave number increased with an increase in the amount of perlite, which indicates that the perlite was evenly distributed in the matrix. The mechanical properties of composites are closely related to the degree of perlite distribution. A moderate amount of perlite increases strength, but if it is too much, it is poorly dispersed and agglomerated, which leads to a decrease in mechanical properties. The addition of perlite also improves the thermal insulation properties of composites. When the temperature increases, the hardness of the materials decreases, but the perlite particles restrict movement within the matrix and strengthen it. This makes the composites stronger and more stable.

    The Process of Obtaining Nickel from the Composition of Nickel Waste Research Technological Parameters

    Expansion of the production of high-quality metal alloys will lead to the consumption of large amounts of rare and expensive alloying elements in the metal trade. This leads to the development of new technologies that save efficient resources. Nickel is imported for the production of steel and chromium cast iron alloys containing 2% high-quality nickel. However, in the petrochemical and chemical industries of the Republic, more than 1,000 tons of catalyst waste and precious metals (Ni, Mo, Cu, Cr, Zn and others) containing 5% to 50% are wasted annually. The recycling of waste alloys and the use of used catalysts will save the currency spent on precious metals in the manufacturing industry, as well as reduce the harmful effects of waste on the environment.

    Study of the Process of Evaporation of Saturated Solutions in Obtaining Potassium Nitrate

    The presented thesis analyzes the state of world production of potassium nitrate with the substantiation of the relevance of the problem being solved and the study of the influence of technological parameters on the process of evaporation of mother solutions of potassium nitrate by the conversion method. The influence of formed during technological processes on the degree of output of K2O and not less in products is studied. Optimal technological parameters for obtaining potassium nitrate by conversion method from potassium chloride and ammonium nitrate have been established.

    Research of the Preparation of an Absorber Based on Zinc Oxide

    The results of studies on the preparation of the used catalyst GIAP-10 absorber are presented. Decomposition at a rate of 120% nitric acid 30%, temperature 95°C, leaching time 3 hours, before precipitation of zinc hydroxide carbonate from the resulting zinc nitrate solution with a precipitant solution with ammonium carbonate at pH medium (8.0-10.0), temperature 65 -70℃ and the time is 1 hour. The obtained zinc hydroxide carbonate was dried at a temperature of 120℃, 2 hours and calcined at 500℃, 5 hours until it was converted to zinc oxide. Preparation of a scavenger based on zinc oxide in the form of a granule with the use of various binder and additives and amounts. Studied the effect of different amounts of binding additives on physical and chemical parameters. With an increase in the amount of binding additives CuO from 5% to 10% and MgO 7%, the degree of increase in the bulk density from 0.95 g/cm3 to 1.02 g/cm3, the mechanical strength: the index of splitting strength increases from 0.37 kg/mm to 0.41 kg/mm and specific surface area from 93.1 m2/g to 97.8 m2/g.

    Ushbu ilmiy maqolada mahalliy xom ashyolardan kaliy nitrat olish jarayonining energiyatejamkor texnologiyasi o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot davomida xom ashyo sifatida Dehqonobod kaliy zavodi kaliy xloridi va Navoiyazot AJ ammoniy nitratidan foydalanilgan. Jarayon 90°C haroratda olib borilib, hosil bo‘lgan mahsulot 10°C gacha sovutilgan. Maqolada shuningdek reaksiya sharoitlari, xom ashyolarning nisbati va haroratning mahsuldorlikka ta’siri tahlil qilingan bo‘lib, jarayonning optimal texnologik parametrlar aniqlangan. Tadqiqot natijalari kaliy nitrat ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qilishi mumkin bo‘lgan amaliy tavsiyalarni o‘z ichiga oladi.
