The study aims to develop the technology of simultaneous cultivation and sowing of seeds on sloping fields and the machine for its implementation. The studies applied the laws and rules of theoretical mechanics, mathematical statistics, mathematical planning of experiments and methods of strain gauging, as well as the methods given in the existing regulatory documents. To protect the soil and sowing on sloping fields, a new technology for tillage and sowing is proposed and a machine for its implementation. Coulters in the developed machine are located relative to the toe of ripper working tools on three levels. Furrow formers are installed along the line of third level coulters, at those coulters of the upper level are installed with alternation on rippers of the first and second row to the right from the symmetry line of furrow formers, coulters of the third lower level are installed on rippers located in front of furrow formers, and coulters of the second level with alternation on other rippers between neighboring furrow formers. The furrow former is made in the form of a hemispherical disc. A machine for tillage and sowing of cereal seeds was designed and manufactured, and its economic tests were conducted. According to the research results, the machine for tillage and sowing on sloping fields reliably performs the specified technological process, and by its characteristics, fully meets the requirements of agronomic equipment and technical specifications. The calculations showed that the use of the developed machine helps to reduce operating costs by 32.82% when processing and sowing seeds on sloping fields.Item type: Item , Ridge forming machine for sowing cereals on sloping fields(EDP Sciences, 2023-08-02) Mamatov, Farmon; Mirzaev, Bakhadir; Maxamov, Xo'jaxmat; Tovashov, RustamTraditional technologies and machines for sowing cereals lead to increased water erosion on sloping fields and the washout of crops, respectively, causing a sharp decline in yields. The authors proposed anti erosion technology and machinery for sowing cereals on sloping fields. The research aims to justify the parameters of the ridge forming machine for sowing cereals on sloping fields. The basic principles and methods of classical mechanics, mathematical analysis, and statistics were used in this study. Based on theoretical studies, analytical dependences for determining the parameters of a ridge forming machine in the form of a flat half-disk have been obtained. It was found that the ridge spreader's radius should be 19.5 cm, its height should be 39 cm, and the angle of the disk set to the direction of movement should be within the range of 28-30°.Item type: Item , The quality of loosening the soil with subsoilers of the combined machine(IOP Publishing, 2021-01-15) Fayzullayev, Xayriddin; Mamatov, Suhrob; Rajabov, Mansur; Sharipov, Shuhrat; Tovashov, RustamThe aim of the study is to study the influence of the parameters of subs oilers on the quality of loosening of the soil when preparing the soil for sowing melons and gourds under a film with a combined machine. The authors have developed a combined machine for preparing the soil for sowing melons and gourds under a film. The structural diagram of the developed machine is presented. Theoretically, the completeness of loosening of the soil by subs oilers of the machine is determined from their parameters and relative position. Theoretical and experimental studies have established that the scheme of pair wise arrangement of subs oilers inclined to the right and left of the combined machine with working surfaces facing each other, as well as shifted relative to each other in the longitudinal plane, provides the required quality of work, while the longitudinal distance between the subs oilers should be 75 cm, and the transverse distance is 60 cm.Item type: Item , Working Body of the Machine for Sowing Cereals on Slopes(AIP Publishing, 2023-03-15) Mamatov, Farmon; Maxamov, Xo'jaxmat; Tovashov, Rustam; Qurbonov, BahodirThe study aims to justify the parameters of the ripper tine of the machine for tillage and sowing of grain seeds on sloping fields. The scheme and parameters of the loosening foot of the machine are given. The basic principles and methods of classical mechanics, mathematical analysis, and statistics were used in this study. The ripper foot consists of a stand, a bit, and a ripper blade. Analytical dependencies for determining the parameters of the bit and ripper blade and the traction resistance of the ripper blade are obtained. It has been established that to ensure high-quality chopping of soil with low energy consumption, the angle of penetration of the plasticizer blade into the soil is within 26-28°, width and length of the working surface of at least 46 and 105 mm respectively, the height of the blade installation relative to the blade In the range 130-150 mm, the installation angle in the range 30-32° relative to the direction of the softening movement of the blade, the width of the cover must be 10 cm. Plasticizer tensile strength depends on its parameters, processing depth, machine speed, and physical and mechanical properties of the soil and ranges from 1.24 to 1.22 kN in the speed range of 1.67-2.22 m/s.Item type: Item , Combination machine for soil cultivation and sowing grain(EDP Sciences, 2021-06-02) Maxamov, Xo'jaxmat; Tovashov, Rustam; Tovashov, Bekzod; Jabborov, FarruhThe purpose of the study is to substantiate the design scheme and parameters of the working bodies of a combined machine for tillage and sowing grain on sloping lands. The authors have developed a machine that performs technological operations for tillage, grain sowing, and ridge formation to prevent water erosion. The design diagram is given. The basic principles and methods of classical mechanics, mathematical analysis, and statistics were used in this study. Theoretical and experimental studies have established that using a chisel-shaped ripper with loosening knives as a loosening working body provides high-quality loosening of the soil. When the longitudinal and transverse distances between the rippers are 62.5 and 15 cm, respectively, the longitudinal distance between the rear ripper and the housing is 60 cm, and the transverse distance between the buildings is 90 cm, high-quality soil loosening, and grain sowing are achieved with minimal energy consumption.
