    Heliopyrolysis of Sunflower Waste Using a Parabolic Solar Concentrator

    The article proposes a technological scheme of a heliopyrolysis plant with a parabolic solar energy concentrator and presents the results of a study of the thermal technological regime of the process of pyrolysis of sunflower waste. To study the process, an experimental heliopyrolysis installation with a parabolic solar concentrator was created. The purpose of this work is to evaluate the practical possibility of solar technology for the thermal processing of sunflower waste using a parabolic solar concentrator and to determine the main parameters of the thermal technological regime of heliopyrolysis. The results of experimental studies of the process of heliopyrolysis of sunflower waste at a temperature of 400–500°C are presented. The values of the heat of combustion of liquid and gaseous biofuels obtained by solar pyrolysis were determined. It has been established that the value of the lower calorific value of liquid pyrolysis fuel is 35–40 MJ/kg, and the calorific value of gaseous fuel is 25–28 MJ/m3. During the experiments, the temperature dependence and material balance of the resulting products during the thermal processing of sunflower waste using concentrated solar thermal energy were studied. In experiments carried out at the installation, as a result of the pyrolysis of 1 kg of sunflower waste loaded into the reactor of a heliopyrolysis installation, 63% of biochar, 10% of liquid, and 27% of gaseous biofuels were obtained. The results of the studies showed that the yield of liquid pyrolysis products is affected by the humidity of the initial biomass; and the maximum yield of the liquid pyrolysis, and product of sunflower waste corresponds to a temperature of about 430°C and a humidity of the loaded initial biomass of 25%. Based on the conducted research, the effectiveness and possibility of using a heliopyrolysis installation with a solar parabolic concentrator to maintain the required temperature regime for the pyrolysis of sunflower waste in the daytime operating mode of the installation was substantiated.

    Choosing An Efficient Heat Accumulator For Solar Air Heating Collectors With Flat Reflectors

    In the countries of the world, the energy problem is becoming global, and there is a need to rebuild the energy base and find ways to use environmentally friendly renewable energy sources. In this article, the author has researched the process of using efficient thermal accumulators to increase the energy efficiency of the solar air heating collector. There are various ways to solve this problem, and it is the use of solar air heating collectors in autonomous energy supply systems, and the author proposed an energy-efficient thermal scheme of a solar air heating collector with a flat reflector with a heat accumulator. The method of using different heat accumulators was used to increase the energy efficiency of the solar air heating collector with a flat reflector with a heat accumulator, and the energy efficiency of using pyrolysis liquid and paraffin with heat-technical parameters close to the water as a heat accumulator was also shown. The created solar air heating device with a flat reflector with a heat accumulator can be used in autonomous heat supply systems, which allows for covering 60% of the heat load during the year in the climatic conditions of the city of Karshi.

    Selection of Rational Heat Carriers and Thermal Accumulators in a Hybrid Heating System for a Rural House

    Currently, one of the important tasks in creating an optimal microclimate in rural model houses is providing heat to the object. Autonomous hybrid heat supply systems are one of the solutions to this problem. Recently, autonomous hybrid heating systems are increasingly being considered as an alternative to central heating systems. Therefore, it is important to choose optimal heat carriers and energy-efficient heat accumulators in hybrid heat supply systems. In this work, the thermophysical properties of various heat-accumulating materials were studied using thermodynamic analysis, thermal engineering and experimental methods. In the table and figure, it can be seen that the amount of heat, depending on the water flow mode, is higher relative to the pyrolysis liquid and waste oil.

    Heat Balance of the Solar with Heat Accumulator - Biogas Plant

    The article analyzes the efficiency of heating from the solar collector for obtaining biogas from biomass, as well as the heat technical indicators of the device. The article also proposes a solar-biogas system with a heat accumulator for providing heat to the biogas reactor. As a result of the application of a heat accumulator and a solar collector to this type of biogas plant, a temperature of 52-55 ℃ can be obtained for the thermophilic temperature regime. As a result, it is possible to reduce private energy consumption for biogas production by 30-35%. The goals of the calculation-theoretical studies of the biogas plant in the article are mainly directed to the approximate assessment of their thermal efficiency, taking into account the degree of optimization of the thermal technical parameters.

    Ecologigal requirements objectives and goals of ecological analysis of energy active buildings

    An innovative hybrid photovoltaic evaporative cooling (PV/EC) system has been experimentally investigated in order to improve its efficiency by cooling the PV panel and simultaneously providing cold humid supplied air. PV/EC system integrates a PV panel and a traditional roof-mounted evaporative cooling system. The innovative PV/EC combines a PV panel and the evaporative cooling system beneath the PV panel as one structure. This system eliminates a lot of space that would otherwise be needed by a cooling system driven by PV panels. Also, this new design structure reduces the solar radiation incoming to the building roof in summer. The proposed evaporative system tested a cellulose cooling pad of three thicknesses (50, 100, and 150 mm) with three water f low rates (1, 2, and 3 LPM), while the air velocity ranged between (2–3 m/s). The results, compared to a normal PV panel without cooling, showed an improvement in both the electric and thermal performance of PV/EC systems. The PV panel efficiency improved by 7.4%, 10.5%, and 11.2% for pads #1, #2, and #3 respectively. The average temperature reduction of pad #1 reached (15 ◦ supplied air temperature difference was (5.5 ◦ C, 9.2 ◦ C), and was about (20 C, and 13.9 ◦ ◦ C) for pads #2 and #3.     Mathematical modeling of the refrigerating chamber of a combined solar dryer-refrigerator with a heat pump

    Mathematical modeling appears to be a valuable tool for controlling the cooling and storage process of agricultural products. Therefore, mathematical modeling of the balance of heat and mass in refrigeration chambers is relevant. Mathematical modeling of the thermal regime of the thermal regime of a refrigeration chamber with a heat pump and determining temperature changes depending on time. Mathematical modeling is carried out based on the thermal balance of the refrigerating chamber by the method of conservation of mass and energy. It has been established that cooling and long-term storage of agricultural products in refrigeration chambers require a huge amount of electrical energy. At an outside air temperature of 30℃, it takes 30-40 minutes to cool products to the required temperature; for long-term storage, 5.5-6.0 kWh/day of electrical energy is consumed. A combined dryer-refrigerator with a heat pump for storing agricultural products is proposed and a mathematical model of the refrigeration chamber is given, which makes it possible to analyze the temperature regime in the refrigeration chamber.

    Mathematical modeling of the drying chamber of the combined solar dryer-cooler unit

    This research paper presents the mathematical model and numerical results of the heat and mass exchange processes in the drying chamber (DCh) of the combined solar air collector SAC indirect solar dryer (SD) designed for drying 30 kg of fresh apple slices in one drying cycle. This dryer allows you to reduce the moisture content of apple slices from 62% to 17%. Also, physical processes in the DCh are modeled on the basis of balance equations when various parameters affecting the product drying process change. The solution of these equations makes it possible to determine the temperature change in different elements of the SD, and then the drying kinetics of apple slices. It is possible to theoretically and experimentally determine the change in temperature and humidity of the product during drying of other types of products in the proposed SD.

    В работе совместным решением системы дифференциальных уравнений теплои массопереноса с соответствующими краевыми получена математическая моделъ конвективной сушки фруктов (в форме пластины, цилиндра, шара) в условиях периодического теплового воздействия (в солнечных сушилъных установках), на основе которой была достигнута интенсификация процесса сушки ломтиков фруктов и овощей с использованисм солнечной энергии, путем объединения в единый энергетический блок солнечной сушилки воздушного коллектора и сушильной камеры. Задача решена на основе метода суммирования диффузионного потенциала и процессов влагопереноса в процессе переменного теплообмена с энергетическим агрегатом ускорения сушки плодов и овощей: солнечным воздухонагревательным коллектором и сушильной камерой. Результаты, полученные в ходе эксперимента, были проанализированы путем сравнения теоретических исследований с расчетами и оказались согласующимися друг с другом.
