    Marketing of Ecological and Organic Products, Strategies and Development Paths

    Currently, the marketing of ecological and organic products is gaining increasing importance around the world. The growing demand of consumers for environmentally friendly and healthy products creates the need to introduce new marketing strategies in this area. This article analyzes the important aspects of ecological and organic product marketing, effective strategies, and development paths of the industry. Innovative marketing approaches, including digital marketing, ecological branding, green advertising, and customer influence strategies, can yield effective results in the organic product market. In addition, the introduction of international ecological certificates (EU Organic, USDA Organic, ECOCERT) and local standards increases confidence and competitiveness in the market. The results of the study show that the use of social networks, e-commerce platforms, and direct sales channels is important in promoting ecological products. At the same time, state support, consumer awareness, and the development of sustainable production systems are among the important aspects of ecological product marketing. The article provides suggestions for improving the marketing of ecological and organic products and highlights the future prospects of this industry.

The essence of an information-based society and information-based education systems is discussed, emphasizing the importance of distance education and remote teaching in a digital society. It is noted that during the COVID-19 pandemic, all branches of the education system worldwide transitioned to remote teaching. The necessity of implementing distance education as a distinct form of education in Uzbekistan is also substantiated.

    Synergetic Approaches of Business Entity Clusters in Regional Development

    The article examines regional cooperation and technological integration strategies used to increase cluster synergy. Methods of increasing the synergistic effect of inter-industry cooperation, pooling of resources and innovative cluster models are analyzed. Using econometric models, advanced methods and approaches are recommended for analyzing relations between regions, resource flows and investments, as well as modeling the impact of interregional clustering on economic stability. The article reveals opportunities for deeper understanding and practical application of interregional clustering for sustainable economic development.

    Digital Integration and Legal Innovation in Qashqadaryo Folk Crafts

    General Background: Folk crafts are a vital component of Uzbekistan’s national heritage and an important sector for regional socio-economic development. SpecificBackground: In the Qashqadaryo region, there is a growing movement to integrate traditional handicrafts withmoderndigitaltechnologiesandintellectualproperty(IP)frameworks.KnowledgeGap: However, few studies have examined how digital tools like 3D modeling and IoT are being practically applied in crafts, and how artisans interact with patenting systems. Aims: This study investigates the synergetic modernization of folk crafts through digitalization and IP protection to enhance production efficiency, design innovation, and market competitiveness. Results:Fielddata,trendmodeling,andcorrelationanalysisrevealsystemicbarrierssuchas low digital literacy, limited IP awareness, and insufficient infrastructure. Nevertheless, emerging initiatives—such as regional innovation hubs and blockchain-based IP systems—demonstrategrowinginstitutionalsupport.Novelty:Thepaperintroducesaholistic “synergistic approach” combining digital design, smart production, and legal safeguards, tailored to the cultural and economic context of Uzbek artisans. Implications: Findings support the creation of targeted policies and educational programs, positioning folk crafts within the digital economy and ensuring their sustainable, legally protected development in global markets.

    Institutional Aspects of Regional Craftsmanship Based on The Principles of Subsidiarity and Cultural Sustainability

    In the given research, attention is paid to the institutional background of local crafts as subsidiarity and cultural sustainability, their functions in strengthening the development of local economy and maintaining the cultural heritage of the region. Although the awareness of handicrafts as a cultural and economic resource has been increasing, effective institutional framework combining those postulates has not yet been developed clearly. In order to fill this gap, the research utilized qualitative analysis of the regional documents of an existing policy related to the family- based enterprises of the craft industry, empirical assessment of its evolution and existence in a given territory, as well as a comparison of the international experience. It emerges that governance grounded on subsidiarity promotes local initiative, whereas cultural sustainability will guarantee sustainability of traditional knowledge and competitiveness in the international markets. Findings reflect the significance of grouping family companies, mentorship in the vocations sector and incorporation of craftwork in tourism routes. The lessons provided present the framework of sustainable regional development, and it is proposed that the institutional frameworks based on cultural identity can successfully regulate the safeguarding of the heritage and modernization of an economy.
