    Methods for organizing mini-football training sessions with female students

    Abstract
    This article explores the methodological organization of mini football training sessions for female university students. The paper highlights the importance of structured and pedagogically sound approaches to organizing sports activities in higher education institutions, emphasizing the specific needs of female students. It discusses the role of consistent planning, individualized instruction, and the integration of physical, psychological, and educational aspects in mini football training. The article also analyzes how mini football contributes to the development of physical fitness, strategic thinking, teamwork, leadership qualities, and a healthy lifestyle among female students. Furthermore, the paper emphasizes the necessity of a supportive educational environment, the use of modern digital technologies, and the preparation of qualified sports instructors to ensure the effectiveness of mini football programs. The study concludes that methodically organized mini football activities significantly contribute to the holistic development of female students and should be widely implemented within extracurricular and academic sports frameworks.
