dc.description.abstractThis article analyzes the role and potential of table tennis training in the development of children with dyslexia and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADD/ADHD). Dyslexia and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) have neurological characteristics and negatively affect children's important functions such as reading, writing, concentration, and self-control. Traditional teaching methods cannot always provide sufficient help to such children. The article highlights the positive aspects of table tennis, such as concentration, coordination of movements, activation of reflexes, increasing self-confidence, and development of social skills. The study focuses on the role of sports in cognitive and emotional development and substantiates the possibilities of using these training as a pedagogical and therapeutic approach.en_US
