    Abstract
This article delves into the multifaceted impact of table tennis on the enhancement of human reflexes and concentration abilities. As a sport characterized by rapid ball exchanges, fine motor coordination, and immediate reaction demands, table tennis offers a unique platform for developing cognitive and psychomotor skills in individuals of various age groups. The study investigates how regular participation in table tennis contributes to the strengthening of sensory processing speed, eye-hand coordination, and the ability to maintain focus under pressure. Drawing on interdisciplinary research in neuroscience, sports psychology, and education, the article demonstrates that the high-intensity, stimulus-rich environment of a table tennis game activates neural circuits responsible for executive function, attentional control, and reaction timing. Empirical studies and observational data confirm that players who engage in consistent training show notable improvements in selective attention, sustained focus, and faster response times to visual and auditory stimuli. These cognitive benefits are especially relevant for school-aged children, adolescents, and individuals diagnosed with attention-related disorders such as ADHD.
