    Abstract
    Ushbu maqolada alyuminiy ishlab chiqarishning kriolit-glinozyomli elektroliz jarayonida asosiy xomashyo bo‘lgan glinozyomning eritilish tezligini oshirish maqsadida mexanik faollashtirish usuli qo‘llanilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida 10 g glinozyom namunasi M-3 turdagi planetar tegirmonda quruq sharoitda, havo muhitida 50g markazdan qochma kuch ta’sirida qayta ishlovdan o‘tkazildi. Natijalar glinozyomning hatto qisqa muddatli (5–10 soniya) mexanik faollashtirilishi uning reaksion faolligini sezilarli darajada oshirishini ko‘rsatdi. Eng mayda (<10 mkm) zarrachalar miqdori 1,7% dan 65,1% gacha ortdi, ularning morfologiyasi esa burchakli shakldan oval va g‘ovak shaklga o‘zgardi. 950–980°C harorat oralig‘ida ftoridli elektrolitda o‘tkazilgan eritish tajribalari mexanik faollashtirilgan glinozyomning to‘liq erish vaqti ikki barobardan ko‘proq qisqarishini aniqladi. Bu esa alyuminiy ishlab chiqarish jarayonining energiya samaradorligini oshirishda mexanik faollashtirish usulining amaliy ahamiyatga ega ekanligini tasdiqlaydi.
