Physical development is a process related to the body structure, muscle growth, bone formation, and general physical condition of a person that changes with age. Each age period has its own developmental characteristics.During infancy (0-1 year), the child grows rapidly, his muscles are not yet fully developed, and movements are based on reflexes. A child of about one year old can sit independently, crawl, and try to walk.During early childhood (1-3 years), movements become more active, and the child's ability to maintain balance develops. He learns to walk independently, begins to perform movements such as running and jumping.During preschool age (3-6 years), the child's muscles strengthen, fine motor skills develop. Movements become more precise and coordinated, the child can perform complex movements such as riding a bicycle and playing ball.During school age (6-12 years), bones and muscles develop rapidly, and physical activity increases. The child begins to play sports, and endurance and strength increase.During adolescence (12-18 years), the body undergoes significant changes. Sexual maturity occurs, bones grow rapidly,en_US
