directly affects their overall health and academic performance. The article considers methods for
effectively organizing physical education classes, using active games, special exercises and sports
elements to improve the physical fitness of students. It also covers important aspects of planning
classes, individualizing loads and increasing motivation. The results of the study show that when
scientifically based methodological approaches are used, the endurance, strength, agility and
general physical fitness of students increase significantly. Thus, the use of innovative methodologies
is important to support the physical development of students aged 13-14 and increase their interest
