Abstract

We discuss fundamental physical constants that describe the stability of various process-ses and types of matter in our physical theories and practices. This paper highlights the importance of these constants, their independent measurement at different scales, and their relationship to the accuracy of modern measurement methods. We also consider their constancy in the universe.
