    Abstract
A number of innovations and changes are emerging in the preparation of future teachers in higher education. When creating and implementing educational programs, it is necessary to consider that a graduate of higher education should be able to solve complex problems of varying difficulty and find both traditional and non-traditional methods to address them. For this purpose, it is essential to develop personal qualities that are not specific to a particular profession but are necessary for a modern specialist.
