    Abstract
Currently, special attention is paid to the use of digital technologies in the effective use of hydrotechnical facilities. In the digitization of water accounting, a systematic approach was implemented to estimate the consumption of water passing through the sluices installed in hydrotechnical structures. It is necessary to use multi-functional devices to control and measure the water level. This article is aimed at digitizing the determination of water consumption passing through hydrotechnical structures. A hydraulic model of digitalization of water accounting has been developed, taking into account the processes in both the upper and lower bef, in determining the consumption of water passing under the gates of hydraulic facilities. The calculation method for determining the water level change in the upper and lower banks of the hydraulic construction gates depending on the rise of the vertically moving flat hydraulic gate was recommended. A structural scheme of the management system of water level and consumption control and measurement in hydraulic facility gates was developed.
