    Abstract
Within the framework of the theory of jet flows, the flow of liquid in an expanding channel is considered taking into account vortex zones. The vortex zone is modeled cavitation flow according to the Efros scheme. The numerical results were verified on the basis of experimental data from the literature of other authors [1-28] and were found to be in good agreement. The coefficients of losses during expansion are in fairly good agreement with generally accepted theoretical predictions .
