dc.description.abstractThis article analyzes the process of physical development of boys and girls aged 13– 14, its specific physiological and psychological characteristics. Age-specific biological changes, gender differences in development, and the individual development rates of each child's body are scientifically covered. At the same time, the role of physical exercise, sports, and a healthy lifestyle in the physical development of children, the importance of healthy nutrition and sleep patterns, is emphasized. The article also analyzes the mental state and self-assessment processes of adolescents, the inextricable link between these factors and physical development, and highlights the responsibility of parents and teachers in this process and the importance of an individual approach. Based on the results of the study, recommendations are given on the correct organization of the physical education process, adapting the loads to age and individual capabilities, creating a positive psychological environment in children, and directing them to a healthy lifestyle.en_US
