dc.description.abstractThis article discusses the issue of increasing strength and agility in 13-14-year-old students through physical education classes. Strength and agility are considered the main physical qualities in the development of the body of young athletes, and their formation plays an important role in developing a healthy lifestyle, improving sports results, and increasing the level of overall mobility. The study used a methodology for developing strength and agility based on a set of special exercises in physical education classes.en_US
