dc.description.abstractTraining of handball coaches and referees is one of the important components of the international development of this sport. Different countries develop special training programs for coaches and referees, focusing on improving their qualifications to international standards. This article analyzes international experience in training handball coaches and referees, studies the main training methods, certification processes and development programs used in leading countries. The standards developed by the International Handball Federation (IHF) and their impact at the global level are analyzed. The role of innovative approaches such as modern technologies, video analysis and psychological training in the training of referees and coaches is also discussed. The research results show that theoretical knowledge, practical experience and continuous professional development are decisive factors in improving the quality of coaching and refereeing. The use of advanced approaches based on international experience will help to significantly improve the system of training coaches and referees in developing handball countriesen_US
