The purpose is to determine the optimal technological parameters for the production of potassium nitrate by exchange between potassium chloride and ammonium nitrate. The resulting nitrate rotates the stirrer and lowers the temperature to 50-100 rpm and accordingly. Potassium and filter liquid were analyzed using well-known methods of physicochemical analysis. For the first time, the dependence of the yield of potassium oxide and the quality of potassium nitrate obtained by exchange decomposition between potassium chloride and ammonium nitrate was studied. Physico-chemical studies of the processes of exchange decomposition between potassium chloride and ammonium nitrate, decomposition of the crystallization suspension of potassium nitrate were carried out. It has been shown that in the temperature range of 5-20 °C the time of exchange decomposition between potassium chloride and ammonium nitrate remains practically unchanged. The optimal technological conditions for the production of large prismatic crystals of potassium nitrate have been determined, ensuring a high yield of product with a minimum chlorine content.en-USpotassium chloride, conversion, potassium nitrate, ammonium chloride, ammonium nitrate, technology, temperature, concentration.Obtaining the influence of technological parameters on the quality of potassium nitrateDevelopment of an energy-efficient technology for the production of potassium nitrate and ammonium chloride based on local raw materialsArticle
